How do I take care of my MUUNSAN bag?

MUUNSAN bags are made with lightweight microfiber and handwoven paracord. To clean, simply wipe with a damp cloth or gently hand wash as needed.

Do you have a physical store?

How do I purchase a gift card?

You can purchase a digital gift card directly on our website. A personalized code will be emailed to the recipient, along with an optional note.

Where do you ship?

When will my order ship?

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days.

How long does delivery take?

  • Metro Manila: 1-3 business days
  • Provincial areas: 3-7 business days

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Currently, we only offer next-day dispatch for Metro Manila orders. If you’re looking for a faster option, please get in touch, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We do not offer refunds, but we accept returns for exchanges or store credit, provided the item is unused and undamaged. Please email us at info@secondissue.com within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return.

Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, exchanges are subject to product availability. If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact us at info@secondissue.com.

Who covers the return shipping costs?
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
